Brook View Neurological Centre is a purpose-built neurological rehabilitation and long-term care centre in Worcester, West Midlands. The housekeeping team maintains clean, safe and welcoming spaces for residents, their families and staff, across bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas.

As a Housekeeper you will manage cleaning duties, handle laundry, maintain supplies and report shortages to management. The role supports a warm, homely and therapeutic environment and requires reliability, good

Qualificações

• Previous housekeeping or domestic experience is desirable.
• Basic understanding of infection control, health and safety and COSHH.
• Understanding of cleaning standards and hygiene practices.
• Reliable, organised and able to work to a high standard.
• Flexible and solutions-focused approach.
• Caring and respectful approach when working around residents.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out cleaning duties across the service, ensuring bedrooms, bathrooms, communal areas and other spaces are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Handle laundry and residents' personal items with care, maintain housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or issues to the relevant manager.
• Build positive relationships with residents and offer assistance where appropriate.
• Create a warm, homely and therapeutic environment that supports high quality care and rehabilitation.
