Inspire Neurocare, part of Care Concern Group, seeks a dedicated Housekeeper at Brook View Neurological Centre, Worcester. You will maintain clean, safe spaces, handle laundry with care and support residents in a warm, homely environment.

The role emphasises infection control, safety, and strong communication within a multidisciplinary team. You will join a compassionate workplace offering DBS, pension, uniforms, generous annual leave and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or domestic experience is desirable.
• Basic understanding of infection control, health and safety and COSHH.
• Understanding of cleaning standards and hygiene practices.
• Reliable, organised and able to work to a high standard.
• Flexible and solutions-focused approach.
• Caring and respectful approach when working around residents.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, communal areas and other spaces to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Carry out cleaning duties across the service and manage laundry and residents' personal items with care.
• Report shortages or issues to the relevant manager and assist where appropriate.
• Build positive relationships with residents and offer assistance as needed.
• Contribute to creating a warm, homely and therapeutic environment for care and rehabilitation.

As a Housekeeper, you will help maintain clean, safe and welcoming surroundings for the people we support, their families, visitors and colleagues. You will carry out cleaning duties across the service, ensuring bedrooms, bathrooms, communal areas and other spaces are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. You will handle laundry and residents' personal items with care, maintain housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or issues to the relevant manager. You will also build positive relationships with residents and offer assistance where appropriate. Your work will play an important part in creating a warm, homely and therapeutic environment that supports the delivery of high quality care and rehabilitation.

Supporting adults with complex neurological conditions and injuries, the centre provides personalised care and rehabilitation focused on promoting independence and achieving meaningful outcomes. • 40 hours per week
• Paid DBS, pension and uniform provided
• 28 days annual leave (pro rata for part time), inclusive of Bank Holidays
