Job summary

Nurseplus Homecare is seeking a Homecare Assistant to deliver compassionate, personalised care in clients’ homes across the community. You’ll help with personal care, meals, and medication while following individual care plans and promoting independence.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Strong communication skills and a good standard of English are required.
• You’ll need an enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with nutritional needs.
• Administer medication as required according to care plans.
• Offer companionship and support to help clients live independently.
• Ensure care is delivered in clients' homes per individual plans.
