Job summary

Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking an Experienced Healthcare Assistant to provide high-quality care across elderly, learning disability and mental health settings. You’ll join a compassionate team where every contribution matters and you’ll help individuals maintain dignity and independence.

You’ll work in flexible shifts—full-time, part-time, days, nights or weekends—across various care settings, with ongoing training, weekly pay, and development opportunities as you grow in your role.

Qualifications

• Over 18 and able to work in the UK.
• 6+ months UK-based paid care experience in residential/nursing settings.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willing to travel to different care settings.
• Good standard of English with clear communication.
• Clear enhanced DBS (applied for on registration).

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care.
• Support safe lifting and moving.
• Administer medications as required.
• Prepare meals.
• Provide companionship and support care plans to promote independence.
