Job summary

Priority Recruitment is seeking an experienced Support Worker for a full-time position in the Essex area, supporting a client in his own home with a 2:1 support ratio.

You will provide personal care, manual handling, physiotherapy support, and help with community access. A calm, reassuring, chatty approach and excellent communication, including non-verbal cues, are essential. A UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with complex conditions or behavioural difficulties.
• Excellent communication including non-verbal cues.
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle with business insurance.
