Job summary

A Class Care Limited is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Norfolk team. You will provide person-centred support in clients' homes and within the local community, delivering flexible, bespoke care that promotes independence, dignity and choice.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, experience supporting people who are neurodivergent or have learning disabilities, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting neurodivergent individuals or those with learning disabilities.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred support in clients' own homes.
• Assisting with personal care while promoting dignity and independence.
• Supporting medication management in line with care plans and policies.
• Encouraging community access, social activities and inclusion.
• Building positive relationships to enhance wellbeing and confidence.
• Maintaining records and communicating with colleagues and families as appropriate.
