Candlelight Care in Bournemouth is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate care assistants to support vulnerable adults in their own homes across Bournemouth and Poole. Typical shifts run 7am–2pm and/or 4pm–10pm, with alternate weekends required. Driving is helpful but not always essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care or similar supportive roles.
• Ability to provide personal care with sensitivity and discretion.
• Full driving licence is helpful but not always essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional and practical support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation and domestic tasks.
• Support clients with medications and mobility aids where required.
• Monitor wellbeing and report changes to the Registered Manager.
