Blay Care in Derby is seeking caring Community Care Workers to provide person-centred support in clients’ own homes. You will help with personal care, meals, mobility, and companionship while promoting independence and dignity.

Join a family-oriented team with full induction and ongoing training. A driving licence is desirable; part-time, split shifts, and mileage benefits are available to support flexible working patterns.

Qualifications

• Providing person-centred care and support in clients' own homes
• Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks and activities
• Supporting clients with mobility and independence
• Preparing meals and assisting with household tasks where required
• Supporting with medication in line with care plans and training
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Maintaining accurate and confidential care records
• Working in partnership with families, colleagues and other professionals
• Promoting dignity, respect, choice and independence at all times
