Blay Care in Derby is seeking caring Community Care Workers to provide person-centred support in clients’ own homes. You will help with personal care, meals, mobility, and companionship while promoting independence and dignity.

Join a family-oriented team with full induction and ongoing training. A driving licence is desirable; part-time, split shifts, and mileage benefits are available to support flexible working patterns.

Blay Care are a family orientated care company established in Derby for 20 years. We are recruiting caring, compassionate and reliable Community Care Workers to join our friendly team to provide high quality, person centred care and support to people in their own homes. You will play an important role in helping our clients maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life. Your duties may include assisting with personal care, preparing meals, supporting with medication, light household tasks and providing companionship, depending on each individual's care plan and needs.

About You:
