Job summary

Positive Steps Limited is recruiting a Support Worker to provide person-centred care in Jersey. You will support adults in their homes and communities, helping them live independently and engage in activities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable caregiver with strong interpersonal skills.
• Right to work in Jersey.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including some weekends.
• Experience in a care or support role.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support tailored to each person.
• Support people to take part in community activities and appointments.
• Keep accurate records and follow individual support plans.
• Work closely with families, colleagues and health professionals.
• Promote dignity, choice and independence at all times.

Education

Care Certificate or QCF/NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
