ReachOut24 Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients’ homes across Burgess Hill and the surrounding area.

You will deliver personal care, medication support, meal preparation, mobility assistance and companionship, following care plans and reporting changes to the wider care team. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualificações

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to meet changing client needs and schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Support clients with medication administration as per care plans.
• Prepare meals and support dietary requirements.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of mobility aids.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Carry out light household tasks to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Follow individual care plans and report any changes or concerns.
• Deliver specialist care for clients with dementia or those in hospice care.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and the wider care team.
