Job summary

Care Outlook LTD in Banbury is seeking Healthcare Assistants to provide in-home care for elderly clients. You will support daily activities, monitor wellbeing and help maintain independence. Training and ongoing support are provided, with no prior care experience required.

The role is in-person, driving is required, and shifts include mornings/evenings with alternate weekends. Salary is around £26,666 per year, with mileage allowance and benefits.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driving licence.
• Have access to a vehicle for work-related visits.
• Be caring, reliable and patient.
• Commitment to improving quality of life for vulnerable people.
• Flexible with morning and evening shifts.
• Available to work alternate weekends.
• No prior care experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to undertake provided training.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including washing, toileting and dressing.
• Carry out light housekeeping duties.
