Qualifications

• At least 6 months of social care experience.

• Willingness to travel between local clients within West London.
• Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential care and support in clients' homes.
• Follow personalised care plans prioritising dignity and respect.
• Assist with personal care, medication, mobility, meals, and light domestic tasks.
