Help at Home, part of the CCH Group, is recruiting Care Assistants to support service users across Leicester. We offer guaranteed local work with a variety of full-time and part-time shifts, including Earlies, Tea & Bed, and weekends, with pay of £12.90 per hour plus mileage.

Join a team dedicated to helping adults stay safe, happy, and independent in their own homes. No previous experience is required, and comprehensive training and progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of social care experience is preferred.
• Heart of gold and kindness; resilient and eager to learn.
• Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential care and support in clients' homes following personalised care plans.
• Follow dignity-centered care with respect in all tasks.
• Assist with personal care, medication and mobility, meals, and light domestic duties.
• Offer companionship and build meaningful relationships.
• Promote independence and monitor changes in condition.
