Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Home Care Assistant in Bridgwater to help clients with daily routines, personal care, meals, shopping, and companionship in their own homes. No prior care experience is required; with the right attitude, we will teach you the rest.

We offer fully funded professional training (up to QCF level 5), mileage paid (32p per mile), a company pension, on-demand pay, and ongoing development within a growing, family-owned UK care provider operating across England.

Responsibilities

• Support people with daily routines, household tasks and personal care.
• Assist with shopping, meal preparation and making tea.
• Provide companionship, a listening ear and friendly conversation.
• Help with medications as required.
