Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Home Carer to support clients in their own homes, helping with daily routines, personal care, cooking, and companionship.

No prior care experience is required, and you can learn on the job; a caring attitude is valued. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and weekend flexibility is helpful.

We offer funded training up to QCF level 5, refer a friend scheme, pension, and on‑demand pay, with a pay rate of £12.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required, attitude and caring nature are valued.
• Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support people with daily routines and personal care.
• Assist with shopping, meals, and daily activities.
• Provide companionship andFriendly conversation.
• Help with medication as needed.
