Job summary

Trinity Homecare is seeking a Care Assistant to cover Guildford & Woking, with a driver required. You’ll earn £13.80–£16.00 per hour (weekdays vs weekends) and travel time between clients is paid.

Mileage is reimbursed and full induction and ongoing training are provided. Join a team that supports people to stay safe and independent at home, with flexible hours across mornings, evenings and alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not available.
• DBS checks and references required.
• Weekday mornings/evenings and alternate weekends availability.

Responsibilities

• Follow each client’s care plan with dignity and respect.
• Provide personal care, mobility support and companionship.
• Assist with meals, feeding where needed, and medications as trained.
• Travel between clients, maintain accurate care records and report changes promptly.
• Maintain training and comply with company procedures and care plans.
