Job summary

Trinity Homecare in Camberley is seeking a caring Care Assistant to visit clients in and around the area. You will deliver personal care, practical support and companionship, following individual care plans with dignity.

The role requires a valid UK driving license and access to your own car. You’ll receive induction, ongoing training, paid travel time and mileage, DBS check, and a generous leave entitlement.

Responsibilities

• Follow each client’s individual care plan and provide personal care and companionship.
• Assist with washing, bathing, dressing, toileting and continence care.
• Help clients get up, prepare for their day and settle into bed.
• Support mobility and use moving and handling equipment.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating as needed.
• Support prescribed medication according to training and care plans.
• Provide companionship and help clients enjoy hobbies and activities.
• Handle shopping, light cleaning, laundry and other tasks.
• Drive between clients and accompany to appointments.
• Maintain accurate care and medication records and report changes promptly.
