Job summary

ICare Group is seeking Home Care Assistants to support clients across Helsby and Runcorn, with driving required to travel between visits. Earn £13.45–£13.70 per hour, receive a £250 welcome bonus, and enjoy paid mileage between calls.

Flexible hours are available 7am–10pm, Monday–Sunday, with full induction and ongoing training. Join a team focused on inclusion, compassion, and empowering independence for people living in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Have access to your own vehicle
• Be able to travel throughout Helsby and Runcorn areas
• Be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion
• Supporting with washing, dressing and daily routines
• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
• Providing medication prompts and support in line with care plans
• Carrying out wellbeing and safety checks
• Promoting independence, choice and person-centred care
