Job summary

ICare Group in Runcorn (WA7) is seeking a Home Care Assistant with a driver to join our local team. You will provide compassionate, respectful care to clients in their own homes, helping with daily tasks and supporting independence in the community.

The role offers flexible hours, training and ongoing support, plus paid mileage between calls and a welcome bonus. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate, reliable and committed.
• Positive and enthusiastic, great communicators.
• Flexible with a varied rota, including weekends.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• Living locally to Runcorn (WA7) or nearby.
• Previous care experience welcome but not essential; full training provided.
