Qualifications

• Personal care duties per care plans.
• Assist with medication per plan and policies.
• Prepare meals and support nutrition/hydration.
• Light household tasks including cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
• Offer companionship to promote wellbeing.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including washing, dressing, grooming.
• Assist with mobility and attending appointments.
• Monitor health changes and report to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate care records and confidentiality.
• Deliver care with compassion, respect, and professionalism.
