Radfield Home Care Chester & Ellesmere Port is an outstanding, family-run home care provider looking for kind and dependable Care Assistants to support older adults in their own homes across West Cheshire.

Role involves one-to-one, person-centred care, personal care, medication support, mobility help and daily tasks. Training is provided, and there are NVQ development options and regular team support.

Qualifications

• Care experience essential.
• DBS check on update service desirable.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one, person-centred care for older adults in their homes.
• Assisting with personal care and daily routines.
• Supporting with medication administration.
• Assisting with mobility, transfers and manual handling.
• Carrying out shopping and domestic tasks as needed.
• Promoting independence, dignity and comfort on every visit.
