Job summary

Committed Solutions Ltd is seeking compassionate and reliable Care Workers/Home Care Workers to provide high-quality person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes and within the community.

The role involves supporting service users with personal care, daily living activities, mobility, meal preparation, medication support in accordance with the care plan, companionship and maintaining their independence, dignity and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Compassion for others and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate records.
• Willingness to work flexibly according to service user needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes and in the community.
• Assist with personal care, daily living activities, mobility and meal preparation.
• Administer medication support as outlined in care plans and maintain accurate care records.
• Offer companionship to promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Report any concerns or changes in the service user’s condition to the supervisor.
