Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care by assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support residents with medication administration following prescribed protocols and ensuring safety standards are maintained.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities that promote mental stimulation, social interaction, and overall well-being.
• Monitor and report on residents' health conditions, behavior management needs, and any changes in their physical or emotional state.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents.
• Drive or accompany residents on outings or appointments as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort during transportation.
