Qualifications

• Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred
• Demonstrates empathy, patience and strong communication
• Able to follow care plans and safety protocols

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care by assisting residents with daily activities
• Support residents with medication administration following protocols
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Engage residents in activities to promote mental and social well-being
• Monitor health changes and report concerns to the care team
• Assist with light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
• Support safe transport for outings or appointments as required
