Job summary

Skycare is recruiting Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Tipton, England, United Kingdom. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care across home care, private sector and supported living settings, under the supervision of the Registered Manager.

The role is full-time, permanent, with DBS and reference checks required. The ideal candidate is over 18 with a genuine passion for care, good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

• Willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programmes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care in home care, private sector and supported living settings.
• Assist with daily living activities including washing, dressing and mobility with dignity.
• Observe care planning needs and complete daily records as required.
• Respond to Nursecall and visitor requests; maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Support with meals, menus and dietary requirements and assist with meal service.
