Confidential in Dorking, Surrey, is recruiting a Healthcare Assistant for days or nights to join a warm residential care home providing 24-hour care for up to 44 residents. You will work as part of a compassionate team delivering person-centred care and supporting residents with daily living.

• Responding appropriately to residents individual needs
• Supporting residents to participate in activities and social opportunities
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records
• Working closely with colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality care
• Reporting any concerns regarding residents health or wellbeing
• Creating a safe, welcoming and supportive environment
