Qualifications

• Six months' experience in a care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support residents with mobility and wellbeing.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.

• Assist with meals, hydration and social activities.
• Maintain care records and report concerns.
• Follow care plans and health and safety procedures.
