Job summary

Intelligence Recruitment is seeking a reliable Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker to provide care in a Surrey residential setting. You will support adults with personal care and daily living tasks, following individual care plans and ensuring dignity and comfort.

The role offers flexible shifts, weekly PAYE pay, and ongoing support from Intelligence Recruitment. A DBS and mandatory care training within 12 months are preferred; day and night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous UK care experience required.
• DBS check (ideally Update Service) preferred.
• Mandatory care training completed within last 12 months.
• Good communication skills essential.
• Caring, reliable and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Support service users with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Assist with meals, mobility and hydration.
• Follow individual care plans and report changes in needs.
• Provide companionship and reassurance to residents.
• Work alongside permanent care teams while maintaining dignity and privacy.
