Job summary

Nurseline Healthcare is seeking Healthcare Assistants to provide tailored, compassionate care in schools, supported living, residential settings and individuals' homes across our community. You may work short shifts of 4-8 hours or longer, helping people live independently and with dignity.

You will assist with daily living, promote independence, and support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and challenging behaviours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in healthcare.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred but not mandatory if five years of experience).
• Valid driving licence (manual preferred).
• Experience in schools, supported living, and residential care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and promoting independence.
• Work with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, severe mental health, challenging behavior, and eating disorders.
• Support individuals in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all service users.
