Job summary

Voyage Care seeks an Experienced Female* Support Worker to join our Flintshire team. The role offers enhanced pay for evenings and weekends, plus various staff benefits, and involves helping people gain daily independence within a supportive team.

You will assist with personal care, community access, and life skills, while adhering to Positive Behaviour Support plans. A full UK driving licence is preferred and DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Willingness to meet service user needs with patience and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living and personal care to promote independence.
• Encourage and enable service users to access local communities and activities.
• Support with life skills, outings, and social activities in the service setting.
• Follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflect on practice with the team.
• Possess a full UK manual driving licence (over 12 months).
