Job summary

United Response in Bristol is seeking a dedicated Female Support Worker for up to 15 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 9:30am–4:00pm, to support a person in their 40s to live as independently as possible.

The role requires a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, and DBS checks. Experience in social care and availability during school holidays are essential. Training on Nourish app will be provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence with access to own vehicle.
• Experience in supporting people or working in a social care setting.
• Availability during school holidays.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the person with daily living tasks to maintain independence.
• Assist with shopping, meals, keeping the home clean, and managing payments.
• Communicate effectively with family and professionals, both verbally and in writing.
• Use the Nourish app to record care plans and progress.
