Job summary

United Response is seeking a Female Support Worker in Chippenham for 16 hours per week. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, finances, and appointments, within personal support plans. A full UK driving licence is required, and occasional evening, weekend, and sleep-in shifts are expected.

DBS checks are required and costs borne by the employer. You will work with individuals to empower independence, using Nourish to access care plans and track progress, with full training

Qualifications

• Empathetic, resilient and robust with genuine passion for supporting others.
• Desirable: awareness of learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.
• Full manual UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dressing, personal care, finances and medication.
• Support attendance at appointments, employment, volunteering and hobbies.
