Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member for Cliveden Manor Care Home in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. You will support dining service and assist residents with their meals, helping create a welcoming, comfortable environment.

Responsibilities include helping residents choose meals, setting tables to SOPs, keeping front of house tidy, replenishing cakes, finger foods and fruit, and accommodating residents' dietary requirements. DBS check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents.
• Experience in a similar setting (restaurant or hotel) would be desirable.
• A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining.
• Ensure dining tables are set in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Keep front of house clean, tidy and well-presented; remove and replenish dirty crockery throughout the day.
• Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits, finger foods and fresh fruit options are replenished in the bistro areas.
• Be aware of residents' dietary requirements.
