Job summary

Making Space Charity is seeking Bank Support Workers for our extra care service in Harpers Green, Padgate, Warrington. You will support adults in their own apartments with personal care, medication, and community access, delivering person-centred care with empathy and a flexible, can-do attitude.

The role focuses on helping clients live independently, building relationships, and contributing to a caring team.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required; emphasis on values and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to provide personal care and emotional support.
• Willingness to train and progress in health and social care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, grooming and dressing.
• Support with medication assistance and community access.
• Provide day-to-day practical support and encouragement to promote independence.
• Deliver person-centred support to adults in their own apartments.
