Job summary

Creative Support is recruiting Extra Care Support Workers for our new Dukinfield, Tameside service. You will provide warm, respectful personal care and practical support to older adults, helping to maintain independence and an active lifestyle.

This role welcomes applicants with or without prior care experience. Flexibility to cover evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.

We are seeking warm-hearted, adaptable, and driven Extra Care Support Workers to join our brand new Dukinfield, Tameside Extra Care Service. Our mission is to enable older adults to enjoy a vibrant and independent lifestyle.

As a Member Of Our Team, You Will

• Offer respectful personal care, as well as practical and emotional support to older adults
• Enhance clients’ quality of life by promoting their independence and encouraging an active, fulfilling lifestyle
• Work in partnership with clients, their families, and other professionals to deliver a consistent and coordinated service

No prior experience is necessary for this role. What matters most is having a warm, caring, and respectful personality. We welcome applications from experienced practitioners, graduates, and individuals eager to begin a career in social care.

Flexibility is key to meeting the needs of our service, and you should be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.

Full time: 37.5 hours per week. Part time: to be agreed subject to a minimum of 15 hours per week. To be worked flexibly on a rota which will include evenings, weekends and public holidays according to the needs of the service.
