Orders of St. John Care Trust (OSJCT) is seeking a Care Assistant at Isis House in Oxford, caring for residents in a 80-bed home. The role offers full or part-time hours and a pay rate of £13.78 per hour, with NVQ and weekend enhancements available.

You will help with daily routines and personal care, supporting a warm, compassionate environment for residents in Iffley. You will join a friendly team and receive induction training, ongoing development and a chance to grow within a not-for-profit

Qualifications

• Experience as a care assistant or willingness to start in care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to support daily routines and personal care with dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care (washing, bathing, toilet use).
• Support residents to maintain independence and well-being.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families to create a calm, caring environment.
