Orders of St. John Care Trust (OSJCT) Langford View Care Centre in Bicester is recruiting a Bank Care Assistant to provide compassionate residential and nursing support, helping with daily routines and personal care for residents.

The role offers £13.78 per hour with weekend and NVQ enhancements, a 0-hour contracted week, and a comprehensive induction plus ongoing training, development and benefits including free DBS, uniform, car parking and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in elderly or residential care preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy with residents.
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, toileting).
• Support residents to maintain dignity and independence.
