Qualifications

• Ideally Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Proven track record in elderly care and high care standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a caring environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines and personal care.
• Provide companionship and participate in activities.
• Carry out light household duties to keep rooms clean.
