Job summary

The Care Bureau is recruiting a Domiciliary Care Worker in Kettering. You’ll help people live independently at home, providing practical support, companionship and safety. Flexible hours between early morning and late evening accommodate your life while making a real difference.

No prior care experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. A DBS check is required, and you’ll be supported by a friendly, caring team to ensure you succeed.

Qualifications

• A caring, patient and reliable nature.
• Good communication skills.
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (required).
• Willingness to learn — full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Help people wash, dress and start their day.
• Make a cuppa and breakfast and have a chat.
• Run errands: shops, prescriptions.
• Assist with medication where needed.
• Light housekeeping, laundry or bed-making.
