Beaumont Care Homes Limited is seeking a Domestic Assistant to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents in our care homes in the United Kingdom. Full training will be provided, and we value a caring attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities include ensuring high cleanliness standards, understanding cleaning requirements for communal and individual areas, building positive relationships with residents and staff, and supporting residents to maintain independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar environment

Responsibilities

• carry out duties to ensure that we always provide a high level of cleanliness
• understand the cleaning requirements of differing communal and individual locations in the home along with the equipment and the properties of cleaning materials required to fulfil the tasks
• develop positive relationships with residents, staff, residents' families and visitors
• help to support residents to maintain their independence and sense of value
• work safely within company policies, seeking advice and guidance when necessary
• your caring nature and positive attitude, will allow you to give the best possible service to the residents in our care
• as a team player working well with others you enjoy communication, provide the energy and hard work needed for a changing environment
