Beaumont in Northern Ireland is seeking a part-time Domestic Assistant (17 hours per week) to help keep resident areas clean, safe and homely. You will support residents, visitors and staff with a friendly, respectful approach.

Full training is provided, with on-site support and opportunities for career development. The role offers flexible shifts on a rota, free uniform and parking, and an employer pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred.
• Willingness to undergo full training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
• Understand cleaning requirements of differing communal and individual locations.
• Develop positive relationships with residents, staff, families and visitors.
• Help residents maintain independence and sense of value.
• Work safely within company policies; seek guidance when needed.
• Demonstrate a caring nature and positive attitude for residents' service.
• Be a team player who communicates well and adapts to a changing environment.
