Job summary

Beaumont Care Homes is seeking a Domestic Assistant to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents across its homes in Northern Ireland. No prior domestic cleaning experience is required—full training is provided, and a caring, can-do attitude is valued.

You will work as part of a supportive team, helping residents maintain independence and comfort, with shift work on a rota and opportunities for career development. Free parking, uniforms and pension contributions are offered.

• Previous experience in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties to ensure a high level of cleanliness in the home.
• Understand cleaning requirements of differing communal and individual locations and use appropriate cleaning materials.
• Develop positive relationships with residents, staff, families and visitors.
• Help residents to maintain independence and sense of value.
• Work safely within company policies and seek guidance when needed.
• Provide caring, energetic service to residents in our care.
• Work as part of a team and communicate effectively in a changing environment.
