Job summary

Avery Healthcare is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member to support dining services for residents across our care home in Camberley, UK. You will assist residents with meals, set tables to SOP standards, and help keep front of house clean and welcoming.

With a focus on resident dietary needs and high hygiene, you’ll also replenish cakes, finger foods and fruit, contributing to a warm, respectful dining experience in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents.
• Have experience of working in a similar setting, restaurant or hotel would be desirable.
• A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with choosing their meal options at dining times.
• Ensure dining tables are set in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Keep front of house clean, tidy and well-presented; remove and replenish dirty crockery throughout the day.
• Replenish fresh homemade cakes/biscuits, finger food and fresh fruit options in the bistro areas.
• Be aware of residents' dietary requirements.
