Job summary

Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Bank Support Worker to make a positive impact at Elizabeth House in Bognor Regis, a 60-bedded dementia care home. Bank shifts are zero hours with 12-hour rotates (07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00).

No experience required; full training and ongoing development are provided. You will join a supportive team dedicated to promoting dignity, choice and inclusion for residents living with dementia.

Qualifications

• No experience required. Values and behaviours matter more than background.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
• Offering personal care, including bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluids/food intake, activities and incidents.
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day-to-day duties.
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
