Job summary

Shaw Healthcare is recruiting a Bank Support Worker for Elizabeth House, a 60-bed dementia care home in Bognor Regis. The role is bank/zero hours with shifts as needed (07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00).

You will provide person-centred care, support daily living activities, and collaborate with the team to create a safe, respectful environment. Full training and ongoing development are provided.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual's care plan
• Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
