Shaw Healthcare is hiring a Support Worker for Figbury Lodge in Canford Heath, Poole. This part-time role offers £13.90 per hour with 12-hour and 24-hour contracts, and shift times from 07:45 to 20:15 including alternate weekends. Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual's care plan.
• Assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion. Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day-to-day duties.
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
