Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service across sectors such as retail, hospitality or healthcare.
• Team-oriented with able to work collaboratively in a busy contact centre.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with a caring and empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contact with customers mainly via telephone or email.
• Handle claims on existing policies with compassion and care.
• Provide support during challenging times and ensure accurate information sharing.
• Demonstrate strong listening, problem solving and question-resolution skills.
• Work as a reliable, respectful member of the team and contribute to service quality.
