Qualifications

• Experience in caring for adults with learning disabilities or complex needs.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence and support daily living activities.
• Assist with personal care, cooking, cleaning and budgeting.
• Support with medication and record daily notes.
• Ensure safety and well-being of residents.
