Job summary

Senovo Capital Management GmbH in Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a Complex Needs Personal Care Teaching Assistant to support pupils with learning, communication and daily routines in a caring specialist school.

You will work with teachers, therapists and care colleagues to enable access to learning, with duties including mobility and sensory activities while maintaining dignity and respect for pupils.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or adults with complex needs or disabilities.
• Compassionate, reliable and comfortable providing practical support.
• Relevant moving-and-handling or care training is advantageous.
• QTS is not required for this support role.

Responsibilities

• Support learning, communication, mobility and personal-care routines with dignity.
• Follow individual education, health and support plans.
• Use sensory and communication activities to encourage engagement and independence.
• Work closely with teachers, therapists and care colleagues.
